1) Must try disposables in shop if you want to exchange it. once you leave the shop we cannot exchange any disposables.
2)All glass, grinder, hookah and paper products sales are final
3) We understand any electronic device like Mods and batteries may be defective so please take the time to test them in the shop to be eligible for our 5 day exchange policy. Must have tested the device in store on day of purchase and have ALL parts and receipt preset within the 5 days of purchase date with the device not damaged or altered.
4) NO REFUNDS ONLY EXCHANGES
